The McConnell Sabbatical Award, funded by Campbell McConnell ’50, supports a faculty members’ major scholarly, creative, or curricular project during his/her sabbatical leave. Cornell faculty receive half-year or full-year sabbaticals which are awards in themselves of time to pursue projects. McConnell funding is not requested for all sabbatical projects.
